World of Warcraft Item Upgrades

Skull Cavern is where you will find Trinkets after completing the Mastery Cave. You can find them after defeating Monsters, and in chests and crates. They can't be found in the Mines or Volcano Dungeon.
If you have a trinket that requires upgrading put it in the Anvil to upgrade it. This will have an unpredictable effect on the trinket either increasing its duration or enhancing its effects. You can reforge the Trinket as many times as you want, though it will always have an effect that is different from the one that it had when you made it.
